Hoegger® PS2000 and PS4000: controlled pressure for delicate products

Hoegger refiners maximize yield and reduce costs when producing mash from whole, peeled, or unpeeled
cooked potatoes. They precisely remove hard elements and defects such as black and green spots. A unique
delta pressure sensor system maintains low pressure, at a constant level. Combined with control of the knife
head rotation speed, ensures high quality. Furthermore, the machine is operator friendly and easy to clean.

AM2C Barracuda and the STS series: A wide-ranging separation portfolio

For lower output producers, Provisur offers AM2C Barracuda and STS separators. The Barracuda uses low RPM, single screw feed system which gently handles raw material. It features a two-pallet vane pump and delivers high yield. STS refiners ensure high throughput and quality control. For manufacturers producing dishes such as Parmentier or Bacalhau, or vegetable mash, the Barracuda and the STS are ideal. These machines remove tendons from meat or debone fish so that it can be added to Parmentier.
